Rensto is a contractor directory platform that connects homeowners with verified contractors. Our Service includes:

• Contractor profiles with ratings and reviews
• Quote request and lead generation tools
• Pricing transparency scores
• Project matching and recommendation services

3. User Responsibilities

For Homeowners:

• Provide accurate project information when requesting quotes
• Respond to contractor communications in a timely manner
• Honor commitments made during the quote process
• Leave honest and fair reviews based on actual experiences

For Contractors:

• Maintain current licensing and insurance
• Provide accurate business information and pricing
• Respond to leads promptly and professionally
• Deliver services as promised and quoted
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer service

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information
• To spam or send unsolicited communications

5. Payment Terms

For Homeowners: Rensto's Service is free for homeowners. Any payments are made directly to contractors for services rendered.

For Contractors: Contractor subscription fees and lead fees are outlined in separate contractor agreements. Payments are due as specified in those agreements.

6. Disclaimers

No Warranty: The Service is provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied.

Independent Contractors: Contractors on our platform are independent businesses. Rensto does not employ contractors and is not responsible for their work, conduct, or compliance with local regulations.

Verification: While we strive to verify contractor credentials, you should independently verify licensing, insurance, and qualifications before hiring.

7. Limitation of Liability

Rensto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Rensto from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever including, without limitation, a breach of the Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will always post the most current version on our website. By continuing to use the Service after changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
